About us
Farouk Hossen Opticians Ltd took birth out of goodwill: to provide a useful, professional and accessible service. From its first office, set up in 1972 with three employees, Farouk Hossen Opticians Ltd has no less than 15 offices today throughout the island and employs more than fifty people.
In its quest for high-quality service, Farouk Hossen Opticians Ltd also innovated by launching group practice in Mauritius in 1987.
In the same way, Farouk Hossen Opticians Ltd was to provide different services, separating its ophthalmologic services from that of its opticians.
Farouk Hossen Opticians Ltd has contributed in creating a new synergy in this branch of industry, in a state of mind that is resolutely modern and full of foresight.
The company strives to be accessible to everyone and it is in that line of thinking that the innovations are made.

This means the same eyeglass can be used for both driving and reading.
